Test controls only. Quality results and scores are simulated, not an AI assessment. Word limits for Activities 2 and 3 are proposed; the Activity 1 minimum, exact cutoff and timezone are TBD. Team changes lock when R2 starts. This prototype allows immediate invite cancellation; a last owner leaving closes the team and cancels outstanding invites. These two policy details need confirmation. The late first-choice Solo fallback also needs policy confirmation before production. Prize details remain unconfirmed.
